Party Schedule

(2 Hours Total)

  • Playtime – 1 hour 20 minutes

  • Encourage little builders to make the most of this time — children may not return to play after food and cake time.

  • Food & Cake – Final 40 minutes

  • Enjoy food, cake, and celebration time in your private party room.

  • After eating, children may not return to the play area to allow time for cleaning and sanitizing before the next event.

Food & Decorations

  • Bring your own cake and nut-free food

  • Themed decorations and balloons are welcome (no decorations provided)

  • (No glitter, confetti, piñatas, or face painting allowed)

  • No alcohol permitted

  • No fridge available — please plan accordingly if bringing an ice cream cake

  • Party room includes:

    • Chairs & tables

    • A 3-piece arch set (8 x 4.6 ft, 7.2 x 4 and 6.6 x 3.3 ft)

    • Cake/food table

  • We do not provide food, though we can suggest local restaurants

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date.

    • Deposit applies toward your total balance.

    • The remaining balance is due on the day of your party.

    • If any damage occurs to the facility by your guests, your deposit will be forfeited.

    • Book online to secure your spot — our system will prompt you to create an account and submit your deposit.

Party & Play Area Rules

  • Waivers required for all guests (adults and children)

  • No shoes or No socks

  • No food or drink in play areas

  • Respect the facility — damage will result in loss of deposit

  • Infants under 6 months are not included in the final headcount

  • Children over age 8 may not play in the structures during parties for safety reasons

  • No face painting, confetti, or glitter

  • Late fees apply if your party exceeds the scheduled time

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring your own cake, food, and decorations. We also offer complete construction-themed decor for your convenience.

  • You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up. Your party host will assist you with anything you need.

  • To secure your party date, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the party is canceled for any reason.

    • The deposit will be applied to your total party balance.

    • The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the party.

    • Please note: If any damage is caused to the facility by your guests during the event, the deposit will be forfeited.

    When booking, our system will guide you through creating an account and submitting your deposit online.
